What's the best bullet weight you've found for a 1:9 twist AR?

Subject says most everything. A friend is finally starting to reload, and he has a 1:9 twist. What bullet weight should work best for him? The rest of the load data would be appreciated, as well

62 gr with right ammount of BLC-2
