There are two videos in the link. The shooter has drawn and is giving verbal commands. The aggressor ignores the commands to "get down" and keeps appoaching and challenging the shooter to a fisticuff. What isn't seen is the knife in the agressor's waistband. The shooter finally lowers his gun from a chest region to the pelvic region and shoots the agressor. Agressor collapses and screams in pain.

Ruled a good self-defense shooting and shooter is fortunate to have been captured on camera; but with a Soros funded DA it could have gone down poorly.
