9mm Flash Holes

A friend, who is new to reloading, is now loading 9mm. He is finding flash holes of different sizes for 9mm cases. While prepping Norma cases, he could not extract the decap pin. I have some range cases I've been collecting for him so this morning, I compared Norma, Blazer and Winchester cases by simply looking in the case. It appears the Norma flash hole is smaller than the Blazer but the Winchester is larger than the Norma.

Thoughts?

I'm not surprised there's variation, I've seen cases with the flash hole way off center. If they're relativity centered, it shouldn't cause much of an issue other than requiring a little extra force, and depending on what brand decapping assembly, tightening the rod more so it doesn't get pulled out.
