Handloading for 300 H&H Magnum

CAUTION: The following post includes loading data beyond or not covered by currently published maximums for this cartridge. USE AT YOUR OWN RISK. Neither the writer, The Firing Line, nor the staff of TFL assume any liability for any damage or injury resulting from use of this information.

I have been happily hunting some big, thick skin, European boar over a year with a Sako L61r H&H Magnum with 24.4" barrel or (620mm)

For hunting normally use Sierra pro hunter r.n. 220 gr with 67gr of Vihta N-165 and getting about 2600 fps during winter (loaded on the hot side)
---66.2 gr of Vihta N-165 is the maximum charge at Steve pages (56.3 the minimum)

And for fun I use cheap german army 147 gr bullets (very accurate) with 67 gr of Vihta N-160 and getting about 2850 fps (minimum charge)

I am very surprised to find that brass (old winchester) needs NO trimming, even using three hot loads.

However priming is noticeable easier in cases after three hot firings, but still holds the primer with authority

Advice, suggestions and comments involving 300 H&H reloading are welcome!
