Penn Bullets in 45/70

I just recently bought and 1874 sharps and want to powder coat bullets for the rifle. This company: http://www.pennbullets.com sells their bullets unlubed which is perfect for powder coating them. Since I am new to loading cast bullets I was wondering if anyone here has any experience with this company and if their products are good? So far everyone has recommended laser cast bullets which I have but they have the lube on them already. I just want to do some test loads at 200 yards to see which bullets my rifle like best , as is with lube or powder coated bullets. As I am knew with this type of bullets my loads will be smokeless powder until I educate myself with black powder. Not a novice with reloading, just black powder.

The bullet quality I have seen in 9mm was good.

Dealing with the owner, a bit off.

Get a commitment they are in stock or wait until they are before giving him a CC.
