Christmas came early
My FFL called me 3 days after I ordered my Glock 19 gen 4 package from
Buds. My Glock arrived in perfect condition as did the accessories and all I did was a lite swab and lube just in case. Going to the range tomorrow and put it through its paces. Christmas came a few days early. I do have one suggestion to anyone new to semis especially Glock. Make sure you get a speed loader(costs $6). |

I think I recall from other threads that this G19 may be your first semi? In any event, stay safe and have a great range day. I hope you'll bring us a range report.

Congrats. Gotta love Christmas. I too have already jumped the gun—so to speak—I got a CZ455.

Congrats Doc. Enjoy that 19!
As far as the speed loader, I have an Uplula for my PPS, but for my G19, I actually prefer the one that came with the gun. |

I second the Uplula loader... My fiance loves them.
The glock branded loader that comes with the pistol works, but not with any speed. |

Congrats on the handgun purchase!
I'm also a big fan of the Uplula. |

You should like that gun. When buying the UpLULA remember to buy two. The first one I bought my Dad snagged from me the second one I bought my brother snagged from me. You might want to buy a 3 pack.

You will really enjoy that glock. I dont see a need for a speed loader, but i am also young with very strong hands and fingers

Uplula. I didn't get that one yet but I
Have "old man hands" and the $6 Glock Loader really helped. I forgot who told me to load & unload my magazines after a week or two to ease the spring up in the magazines. The other recommendations that I got was very important. that was to use the same weight or grains in both FMJ & HP's. This I Understand. My practice Ammo & self defense Ammo that I've bought are 124 grain FMJ's and 124 grain Speer HP's & Federal 124 HST Ammo. I'm going to ask about this in a new post. Let me know if I got this one right! |

I would let Bud's know that the loader was missing. It should have come with one.

Yeah those Glock mags are nuts out of the box. You basically have to be superman to load those last two rounds in by hand haha
