Astra Constable and Constable II
What is the difference between these two models? I looked at photos of both on Gunbroker, and I do not see any difference. Thanks.

I know the Constable is single stack and the identically shaped A60 is double. Sadly, I can't confirm if the Constable II and the A60 are the same but they may well be.

NO...They are not.
The differences are internal and the CONSTABLE II is head and shoulders better. Mine has nearly 5M rounds through it without a malf or problem. And so it goes... |

I don't have that many rounds through my Const II but I also have never had a malfunction. Best $120 I ever spent on a gun.

I am actually going to be in the market for a Spanish pistol and a few Astra's are on my list. |
