Need load data please

Some one gave me a bunch of Hornady .308 100 gr short jackets and I do not have their manual could someone give me the info for .30 Carbine loads? Many thanks and good shooting.

Sierra recommends using WIN296 or H110, along with a light taper crimp.
Looks like between 14.5-15.5gr of either.
