SD9VE
I'm interested in this pistol and have found out that it is the new version of the the older model.....SW9VE. It has a smoother trigger pull.
Does anyone on this forum have any experience or thoughts on this pistol -----SD9VE-----? I have posted this in this forum, because I wonder does this pistol, like the Glock, not support the entire shell and thus leave a bulge at the base of the shell. This is a concern for this reloader.! Thank you, in advance, for any and all replys. |

I had a Sigma. It didn't bulge cases. Having said that, the 30lb trigger with a half inch of take up made hitting the broad side of a barn nearly impossible. Even with the Wolfe springs, it was still rediculous.
Probably my first and last striker fired gun. Sent from HenseMod6. |

I played around with a Sigma as well. Hated the trigger, it felt like a rusty barn hinge attached to a soloflex resistance bar. If they've improved the trigger I'd be happy about that.
The "unsupported chamber" issue is only an issue with 40 caliber handguns that were retrofitted from a 9x19 chassis. 2nd Gen Glocks were the biggest offender of "free floating chambers" out there if I recall correctly. If you are sticking with 9x19 you are fine. Jimro |

I have the SW9VE and like it. The more I shoot it the smoother the trigger gets. Mine wasn't really bad to begin with.
