This a good stand?
Hey all,
Just getting a couple quick opinions. I saw on amazon that the black and decker workmate 225 was down to $50 with free shipping. I know that it can take the weight but I've heard that some of the new ones are , for lack of a better word, cheap. Would this work me and new obsession? Also, what size bolts does the lee turret press use so I don't have to drill very time? |

workmate
I mount all kinds of things to my Workmate, well, actually, I mount tools and presses to scrap sheets of plywood or MDF, attach a cleat to the bottom and mount the assembly in the Workmate. So far I have made adapters for a mini-grinder, a small bandsaw, a router table and BOTH or my Lee presses. I put both presses on one piece of MDF since I use the small C press only with a Lyman Ram Prime (so far). The reloading press "breadboard" has a small lip around the sides and back since I'm working with all sorts of things both small and round. There is room at the back of this breadboard for my Lee Perfect Powder Measure but I have not yet decided where I want to place it.
