Primer/Casing/Casing Holder Stuck Together...Help!
Somehow I got a primer stuck crooked in a shell casing where I cannot back the casing out of the shell holder and the primer will not go into the casing any further so all three units are stuck together as one unit. For safety sake can I fill the bullet casing with water and expect it to nuetralize the primer so I can wedge the case from the case holder? Thanks...

NO!
This is easily rectified. Put the shell holder back in the ram. Slowly, s-l-o-w-l-y run the case up in to the sizing die and let the decap rod carefully push the primer out. Doesn't matter if it's in properly, in backwards, in sideways and mashed, doesn't matter. If you do it slowly and easily, and you always wear your safety glasses at the bench when handling primers (ALWAYS!) then it's not likely to go off. I've heard some folks suggest you drape a towel over the entire press, and that sounds like it would help in the event of a discharge, but the primers just don't explode that easily. Water isn't a proven way to "kill" a primer. In fact, few liquids of any sort are proven ways of defeating a primer.

Sevens is right, just do it s_l_o_w_l_y without an abrupt contact and you should not have a problem.
