Shotgun fitted tube sets

I have an old(1900 era) 12 ga SXS with laminated steel barrels. It hasn't been fired for 40-45 years. I would like to find 20 ga. tubes to install in it so I can use it again. Does anyone besides Briley Manufacturing in Houston make them? I found somebody in south Florida that makes drop in chamber tubes but have heard there are problems with them. Any ideas?

Thanks.

Briley is your best bet if you want to fire the old girl again. I believe they can send you a set of Companion tubes that don't require that you send the gun to them but I could be wrong about a gun this old. Call them and speak with one of the 'smiths and he/she (there is one there) can set the record straight.....

For chamber tubes, the barrels would still get pressure, although not much. Full-length tubes might solve the problem, but may bring up others (POI issues would be my first concern). If you are going to shoot it much, you may want to have the barrels lined full-length.

If you decide to go for full-length tubes, call John Taylor at Taylor Machine and see if he is interested in taking on the project. 253-445-4073
