Magpul mags for SA M1A (hoping)

I recently happened across this:

http://www.gtdist.com/ProductDetail....GPUL-MAG-243-B

The product description does not include Springfield M1A's but being as I am not familiar with the weapons listed, I was wondering if any are similar enough to the M1A that I could hope that these mags might work in a Springer??? Has anyone tried??

Not quite what you need. The M-110 is the accuratized .308 caliber AR-15 style platform used by Sniper Platoons, so mags for that would definantly not fit an M1A.

Steel mags from C.M.I. are as good as it gets for the M1A/M14 right now.

get these they are the ones issued to our troops currently. I have 5 of them and they work great. they are a little on the snug side for my rifle (getting better as i work them), but i would preffer tight over loose fit.

on ar15.com this subject comes up all the time in their subforum, and they have stated several times that they looked into it but the polymer would be too thin where catch is.

I have 2 of the magpuls for my R-25 (remington/dpms) and they work fine in it, but I never even thought to look at my M1a to see if their were any similarities to the Springfield mag. I'm betting they are completely different on the top end. I'll have to check them out when I get home.

Thank you again!!!!! I just ordered two 20 round mags and two 25 round mags for $10 cheaper than I was about to pay for three 20 rounders elsewhere!

I just hope these things work well-are good quality
