Remington 550-1

I'm having ftl problems. Every ammo I use will ftl every round or every other. Now I noticed that the magazine tube is attached to the receiver insert assembly and if you don't have it lined up just right when you screw the stock on it wont be locked in place and the tube will move and the ammo will ftl. So that's not a problem. However I've also noticed that the last round will ALWAYS ftl as there is not another round below it to hold it up. It will just run straight into the recoiling chamber, not up the ramp. Is this a problem they all suffer? Thanks.
