Tmag 2 question

just got this new press the lyman tmag 2 question for those of you who use them... i see that there is some wobbling with the handle and toggles. is this normal?

Turrets aren't as stable as single stage presses... or even progressives.

It will wobble around the center axis on which is spins.

Most turret designers anticipate this, though, and that's why there is a ledge against the back end of the turret circle, exactly 180 degrees from the "front" station. It stops the turret from tilting any more.

But, when resizing cases, you'll still get some wobble. For 9mm/.45acp, it doesn't matter, but for a match shooter with his 6mm-284 that he's trying to maintain neck concentricity, he'll be very grouchy.
