What type of rear sight are you wanting, adjustable or non-ajustable?
Also keep in mind if you change the rear sight you may have to change the front sight to get the gun to shoot to point of aim. Regards Bob Hunter www.huntercustoms.com |

Colt uses the same height front and rear sights on most all their autos including the short guns like the Commander models.
Novak does make a sight that fits the factory dovetail and uses the factory front: http://www.brownells.com/aspx/ns/sto...20REAR%20SIGHT All Novak sights: http://www.brownells.com/aspx/NS/sto...&ps=10&si=True |

A King/Tappan rear should work well, it's the best combat fixed sight that I've found.
I also have some fixed sights that has a rear blade like a Bo-Mar sight. Regards Bob Hunter www.huntercustoms.com |

The Chip McCormick rear sight was a drop-in, for my Commander.
