Graf & Sons experience
I'm getting ready to order some primers. Whats y'alls experience with Graf & Son's. I know they are back ordered, but do they seem to fill with a few weeks? What's y'all experience?

As a regular customer of theirs, I have always had a good experience with no issues.

I ordered 10,000 Federal primers and some 7mm Mauser ammo from them in February. All items were listed "in stock" and I received my order in about ten days. I'd order from them again.

Every time I have ordered from them I have had a good experience. Great company! They will treat you right. Although, I haven't ordered since the shortage.

I buy a lot from Graf's and have always had great service. Orders have always arrived in 7 to 10 days. I haven't bought anything since the shortages started.

We're a Vendor with Graf's and even with something on backorder we get it eventually at the original price. They always call us when a backorder is ready to ship in case we want to add something.

Done business with them for years. I would give them a call on the primers though. I spoke with them a couple of weeks ago and I was told that they were currently sold out of all primers. You do not want to rely on any website as to instock. One good order can change things pretty fast. They could not give me a date when 209 primers would be in. Rather have it that way than for a company to guess at a date.

Graf's is the first place I go when I am ordering online. Geez, I've been working so hard the last couple of years I haven't shot much, so I haven't ordered, but that's where I'll go when I place my next order.

I have bought from them several times in the past. Good people to deal with.
I can't remember what it was I was trying to find once but they didn't have it in stock. The lady on the phone called several other competitors of theirs to try and find what I wanted while I waited on the phone. I don't know how you could ever find fault with customer service like that. Buy with confidence. |

![]() they are my first go to dealer followed by Midsouth and Natchez. Grafs shipping and handling cost are hard to beat and if your order gets large enouhgt the discount that kicks in is outstanding....Shop with confidence |

Thumbs up for Grafs service. I had ordered some Hornady LNL bushings a couple of months ago, knowing they were backordered (no one had them in stock). Grafs called on Thursday to confirm that I still wanted them and shipped 'em out same day.
NO extra shipping charge on backorders. You pay one handling fee per order, no matter how many packages they end up shipping out. (I had one order that ended up in three shipments.) One warning though - if it shows "less than 5 in stock" online, phone in your order. Phone orders get processed right away, but internet orders must go in a batch at night. I missed a couple of things I really needed late last year before figuring this out. |

The main reason I shop there
Graf & Sons Pays the Freight
We beat the competition hands down! Graf & Sons pays the freight whether your order is 5 pounds or 500 pounds! A handling and insurance charge of $4.50 applies when placing your order online or $6.95 when the order is placed over the phone, mail or fax! |
