how do i install ATI SKS folding stock?

Just got an ATI stock for my sks, but having trouble removing the pin that holds the hand guard in place, i also can't get the fixed screw and the stock to remove from the part of the stock to install the folding cam and screw. can anyone help me out? like what do i do?

the instructions aren't worth crap it says to "loosen the set screw then to remove the short fixed pin, what is it talking about? then to remove the arm? and then the fixed cam? ughh???

but i can't get the pin out of the hand guard, i keep hammering at it but to no avail. can anyone tell me an easy way to get this thing out.

No wonder i couldn't get the hand guard back on, it was to big for the gun, took it back to the gun store and had them file it down to fit onto my gun, here's the end product.
