High Polish Blue Needed

Being the idiot I am, I'm having another custom .45 built. My Gun Smith only does the newer high tech finishes I dis-like. So I'm looking for a very high polish carbona blue. Turnbull and others I've found quote about $250 - but that does not include polishing. Seems some also want several hundred dollars additional to polish the parts. Can anyone here refer me to someone doing carbona blue with polishing at a more affordable price? I think Carbona high polish is maybe a #1200 grit polish. The frame/slide is new Caspian and is blank so it's pretty straight forward. Colt custom shop is very reasonable. Carbona and high polish is about $300 through Colt but they will only do Colts. Thanks for any help.
