Hey all I am looking for a good, reliable, and economical smith to do some action work for me and a few other things.
If you all have any ideas than feel free to let me know. Thanks. BD |

I considered getting an action job on my GP100 when I first got it. After 1000 rounds of full house 357 the action was so slick I figured it didn't need it. You might want to put 1000 rounds through the gun before you decide on an action job for a Ruger revolver. Don't know about their autos though..

Which Ruger?
There are excellent Ruger smiths for the Blachawk/Vaquero family that don't know beans about their line of autos. (I, being a case in point. ![]() We also have George down in the Smithy forum that is reasonable and knowledge in a wide range of fields. You may have to look no further than right there. ![]() ------------------ Gunslinger |
