Need some help. Read somewhere the 1100 needs
to be cleaning reqular for proper operation. My son's is not cycling correctly and I supect the gas ports need cleaning. Where can I get the cleaning procedures to send to my son? Thanks in advance. Deans |

There have been magazine articles, but the best bet is to write to Remington. They have an owners' manual.

Deans- take the barrel off, the gas ports are directly underneath the sleeve that goes over the mag tube. They angle back, you can clean them with a small pipe cleaner, or Brownells has a brush specific to this task.
