9x19 uzi source, post '86 OK

I am in need of two 9x19mm uzi submachineguns. Post '86 is OK as they will be used, owned and stored by a US military organization (Army and USMC). I also wish to purchase a deactivated/non functional receiver and parts group for display purposes. Anyone know of a source (all legal of course) that can supply quickly? As always, no NFA rules/laws can be violated.

Thanks,
Kerth

Check the ads in Shotgun News and Small Arms Review, or go to www.subguns.com and look through the ads there.

I believe that Vector Arms has post bans and full Autos in stock for sale:

http://www.vectorarms.com/indexframe.html

As far as receivers and components, check

www.gunsamerica.com

There's usually a large number of Uzi parts available.

I believe the current US distributor for IMI is Magnum Research (magnumresearch.com).

Although, as proud owner of 2 Vector Arms UZIs, I would agree with much of the press that a VA is better than the original.

You are from a government agency in Alabama?
There is always Jeff's Shooter Supply in Trussville AL

phone#205-833-3705 monday through thursday or email [email protected]

He advertises post sample UZI's for $795 to $895 provided of course you have the proper credentials to buy for a government agency. (See his ad in shotgun news.)

Which really beats having to do it like us poor civilians and paying $3195 for a transferrable one!!!

Jeff's office hours are from 10 to 5 and he's closed Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Sounds like he might work for the government too.
