Tisas 1911 Super conversion

I picked up a Tisas 1911 tank commander a couple weeks ago. Nice pistol. Not much need for it but I like it.

What do I need to convert it to 45 Super? Just a recoil spring? How many pound? What brand? Would make a nice mountain gun if I could add a little more oomph to it...

My take, is that a heavier-than-normal-for-.45ACP recoil spring is the last "tuning" step in a .45 Super conversion.
Fit an oversized firing pin stop with little or no radius on the heel, install a 25# or 27# mainspring, then try recoil springs no heavier than necessary; maybe start with a 24# in a Commander-length gun.
I use a 25# main and 22# recoil in my 6" Super, and get 6-foot ejection with zero signs of excess pressure.

Why don't you just get another Tisas in 10MM, what better excuse than that to buy another gun?

Not a 10mm fan.
