But I would like to point out that since the cartridge showed no sealant around the primer, that aforementioned Kroil would likely have penetrated and killed the primer. Or so we are warned when it comes to some cleaning and lube products.

And did anybody else notice that it was a TFL member named "BOOGIE the oily" who included pictures of lube products? I guess we may know one other interest he or she has.

No apparent damage to the cartridge whatsoever. I can only assume that when the brass was sized, it was sized incorrectly.

That was a good one. And you didn't notice that in the link I posted, I suggested a home-brew (the last one on the list), which is made with... ATF!!!

In any case, I'm a "he", and yes, my lifelong hobby is mechanics. However, that doesn't have anything to do with "Boogie, the oily"...
