It depends on where you buy it.

My local gun store, and it's the only one in the area that sells it, sells it for $26 per pound. You can buy it from Back Creek Gun Shop in Winchester, VA, for about $17.50 a pound. You can buy it from Powder Inc for as low as $17.10 per pound in 25 pound lots. $26 per pound in 5 pound lots. $20 per pound in 10 pound lots. The Powder Inc prices include shipping and hazmat. The Back Creek prices do not.

So, basically $17-$26 per pound.

Here is a list of Goex distributors:

Some vendors have web sites.

I never ceased to be amazed how many vendors in the Civil War era supply chain have no or poor web presences.

Last time I bought some it was $16 lb. When I was at Ben Avery it was $20 lb.

Bought a 25# bulk pack of 2F Goex for $12.00/lb.about 3 weeks ago. Of course, for that price, I had to pick it up in person at the distributor. Their price on 3F was slightly lower.
