Yugo Scope Mount - Need assistance please (SOLVED!)

(I feel like a dumb a** not figuring this out)

I am putting a scope on on my Yugo 24/47 and I received a S&K scope mount for it.
Here is the rear site:

Here are the parts I got:

(it didn't come with a pen - I used that to show size out items)

I know that you have to take off the rear sight 1st but after that I have some questions.

I've been able to kind of figure outI think)
*-The screws w/o heads replace the pins that hold the front site.
However after I'm kinda lost - HELP!

The instructions aren't much help - it reads like greek to me.

(and the parts aren't marked and there isn't any visual help)

Can someone put this into simple english?

I was over thinking it!

Simplified instructions:
1. Remove OEM sight (easy)
2. Slide the "top hat"-looking nut into the S&K mount from underneath. They should fit inside the sight base.
3. Place the S&K mount on the rear sight, lining up the side holes
4. Insert and lightly tighten the socket head screws
5. Insert and lightly tighten the set screws
6. Hand tighten the socket head screws evenly, don't over torque or you'll strip the threads (see pic as #3)
7. Tight down the set screws until it presses down on the receiver

I didn't do - a fellow shooter (on another gun forum) figured it out for me

Should make an excellent scout squad sniper rifle.

Show us the pics when you are done.
