I'm Looking For A Holster...
Anyone know of a good holster that can be worn both inside and outside the waistband? I wondering because, I would probably be carrying openly and concealed about as much, but I dont want to spend too much to do so. And if you can tell me where to find one, that would be great.

What kind of gun is it needed for? I know DeSantis makes a couple different ones based on which gun.

General use holsters....
For most uses, I'd buy a Blackhawk SERPA. It can be a paddle or belt type holster & worn at different angles.
For other brands, see; www.Blade-tech.com www.highnoonholsters.com www.blackhawk.com www.comholsters.com www.safariland.com www.usgalco.com www.donhume.com . High Noon Holsters markets a synthetic material Skin-Tite line. The Safariland SFS & ALS rigs are secure, sturdy & a good value. ClydeFrog |

Natchez Shooters Supply; Blackhawk CQC SERPA...
I purchased my black left hand M&P full size(#25) SERPA holster for approx $28.00 from a smaller online retail site called; www.natchezss.com .
They have several models in the Blackhawk line. I don't recall if they had the SERPA for the P30 pistols in stock. Natchez also has Eagle holsters around $18-$19.00 in different colors(black, OD, tan). If Natchez doesn't have a HK P30 holster you may need to buy the SERPA directly from Blackhawk.com. The sale price may be higher. ClydeFrog |

Ok, thanks, as soon as I am old enough to conceal carry, I'll look at buying one.

Do not buy a Serpa holster...
For IWB and OWB in the same holster, I'd get a Raven Phantom or clone. All the suggestions have been for only IWB or OWB, so in that case, I'd go with High Noon for all your leather needs. You also don't have to be carrying openly to use an OWB holster. The above mentioned Phantom conceals extremely well OWB. |

I just got one of these for my M&P45 Compact...
http://www.psholsters.com/ Similar to a raven concealment. I love it so far. Best IWB Holster i've ever run, and i've run more than a few... I ordered it with the ultimate IWB Package here. Look under belt attachment methods. There are lots of options. Only downside from your perspective, is you would have to change out the loops to switch from OWB to IWB though. |
