SIG 226. There is no other. 17+1 with 2 extra clips, and you're good to go. DA/SA: First shot is DA - draw and fire - the rest are SA, 4.5 lb pull. Absolutely reliable. Expensive.

That isn't one of the OP's choices. Not really a carry gun either, though a fine full size choice.

I've also carried a Kahr K9 for a while, but I'm fortunate enough to be retired so I carry what I want.
Anyway, I'd pick the Sig P239 out of what's available to you. The others are good guns, too, but I prefer the ergonomics of the Sigs. We have an old Sig P6 that's a great gun, and it's got a trigger pull that's right in that ball park. Well, it used to be that heavy. Not any more. ![]() |
