I really like the RCBS Rock Chucker press, and the RCBS Uniflow powder measure and scale, and in general most stuff RCBS. However, for dies, I've been using Lee and I prefer them to the RCBS die set I have. The only thing I don't like on the Lee dies is the lock rings, so I bought a set of Hornady lock rings and just switch the one on the seating die out for one of the Hornady lock rings, and I still come out a lot cheaper than RCBS dies. I've yet to see a difference in the ammo between the two. The thing I prefer on the Lee over the price, is that the seater plug adjustment is easy to quickly turn where to quickly adjust seating depth where as on the RCBS you have to loosen a lock nut and then adjust it, then tighten the lock nut back down. It really is a personal preference as some guys like one brand while others are partial to another brand.
Also make sure you get a case trimmer if you are reloading for a rifle. Quite a few of the kits don't include one, but you will need it if reloading rifle rounds. Also get a good set of calibers.
