Gunsmith

I traded for a custom 6.5x284 rifle. The rifle was supposedly built by a renowned gunsmith from Texas named Elbert Mullen. Apparently he had patents on a number of wildcat cartridges and built some national compettion benchrest rifles. No luck finding anything on search. Anybody heard of him? Just curious. Not sure on spelling of name.
