Flexibility, 45 Colt vs. 44 mag - Page 4

I have an Anaconda in 44 mag. I'd like a 6" in 45 LC but times are tough can't afford to blow a grand right now. Might trade my Mod 70 270 WSM for one ?

And in the end, considering the two are both basically equal cartridges given modern ballistics and revolver design... nostalgia would tip me toward 45 Colt as well. IMO there are few things more nostalgic than a single action cowboy lookin' revolver chambered in 45 Colt.
