Identity of Federal Brass?
Gents;
I am in the process of cleaning, resizing & prepping some nice once fired range brass. I collected perhaps 40 pcs of Federal brass that I have never seen before. I am quite familiar with the standard fed .308 brass but not this one. The headstamp is: FC HE 308 WIN I have never seen the 'HE' before. Anyone know what it means or signifys? Brass looks like perfectly normal Fed brass like the hundreds of them I've used for years, except for the HE. Nothing on the Fed website nor could I find anything about the HE by Googling it. TIA Roger

The he stands for high energy. It was used in the federal premium rounds.
