Help me please [browning 380]
I have a Browning 380 that came into my possesion in the 60's via my grand father. Don't think it had been more than test fired at that point. Great little pistol, and came with LOTS of ammo. However, hitting walls trying to find a spare magazine or two. The serial number is 637235, Stamped on the slide, Browning Arms Co. St Louis Mo & Montreal PQ Made in Belgium. On the barrel itself is a fancy stamp of sorts and another that reads "cal/80/. Its a little 6 round mag. 3 7/16" barrel. Anyone know where to look for a mag? I thankyou in advance.

Any idea what model it is? They made several, 1900,1903, 1910, 1922...pics would help. If it looks like the pic below, it's a 1910. I've been checking Numerich and another site where they're listed...but they're out of stock.
I'll search a few more sites...looking for one myself. ![]() These folks have them listed...at least it doesn't say out of stock...http://www.gunclips.net/br19gunma1.html Brownell's has these...if you don't mind a repo...http://www.brownells.com/.aspx/cid=1...1910-Magazines ![]() Last edited by SilentHitz; February 4, 2010 at 08:57 AM. |

Thankyou SilentHitz {*Browning .380}
Hitz.....I thankyou thankyou. Havent hit your links yet but will in seconds, just wanted to mention-the pic you posted looks just like mine, however, after the St Louis Mo, mine says "&Montreal PQ..and I don't have the four little figures above trigger guard and under print. I got at the same time a few .22 buckmarks and a baby 25, no problem finding clips for those, but this one [380] seems as hard to find as affordable 380 ammo. From your obvious wealth of knowledge...could you please tell me what BDA stands for? Everytime I write someone for a clip, I'm asked if it's a BDA. Thanks Again.................
