scratches along length of brass

New to reloading handguns. Shot a few test loads today and got scratches along the length on the brass. What is causing this? They definitely weren't there before.

Thanks

Make sure your resizeing die is clean and lightly lubed.

Only resize tumbled and clean cases.

Inspect your resize die, may be burred/damaged.

It's not from the die. The brass was pristine (some were new brass) before firing. Now there are long scratches from front to back running the length of the brass.

Thanks

Could this be from my Glock 36? Worrisome as I would like to keep reloading the brass.

Little more information. Ran some new factory loads through. Not shot, just cycled through.... Getting the scratch on them also.... hmmmm... not a good sign

find the source and polish with a dremel, no stone.

mark the tops of the unfired cartridges in the clip. fire. see if they are consistently in the same location, then identify it and polish it out.

Check the lips of your magazine to see if it is scratching the brass. If you are using a magazine loader, check the loader to see if it is the problem.

Lightly sand the edges of the magazine lips with 600 grit wet or dry wrapped around a dowel or a rubber eraser on a pencil. Everything that comes into contact with the rounds should be smooth.

Have you tried different mags? I would call Glock and see what they say. May be something else going on besides mags.
Also check the chamber for a burr.
