Lube on shoulders and/or lube buildup in die. Tahe the die apart and clean it. Also, don't apply lube to case shoulder area.

on a positive note.... it has no effect on the performance of reloading it.... and... once you shoot it.... it wont still be there.

+1 on the excess lube. I have seen this before in my own reloading using a lube pad. The lube will accumulate at the neck area and cause these dents. Use just enough lube to allow the cases to size without excess force, and roll them so you coat only the body, never the neck area.
As an alternate, use spray lube and you'll never see this problem. Safe to shoot but it will wear the neck, resulting in overly worked brass in this critical area, causing a shorter reloading life. |

Yep 'just to much lube used , and check your die and make sure the tinny little vent hole is not plugged. if there is no where for the air to go it will dent the case. right where yours is. Been there .

Just because it took nearly a year for me to find out... if you use a progressive press, buy a lube die. Speeds thing up greatly. Heck, might work without the progressive press with a little yankee engineering.
