Need some Hi-Power help....

Just this past weekend I picked up a used FN Hi-Power 9mm. I'm pretty sure that it has a 2003 born on date. It has adjustable sights and I would like to put standard sights or night sights on it to make it more suitable for carry.

My questions are:

1. Are the Hi-Power sights the same sights as those made for 1911's?
2. If not, where can I get sights made specifically for the FN Hi-Power. I've looked around the web and haven't seen any that are listed as Hi-Power.

Both Meprolight and Trijicon make drop in night sights for the Mark III Hi-Power...
