Piggyback on a Turret ??

Can you mount a RCBS Piggyback on a Turret Press.
Anybody think of why not?
Anybody done it ?

I don't think so.

I have a PB2 mounted on a Reloader Special 3 press. If you look at a single stage press where the dies thread in it is removable and leaves a larger threaded hole ( they used to make shotshell dies to use on these presses in this manner). The PBs attach by a threaded nut that fits this hole.

I had a special-5, it also had a larger threaded hole that a smaller bushing screwed into that took 7/8x14 dies.
That larger 1 1/4x12 thread accepts shotgun dies as well as the other larger dies and the piggyback kit.
I believe they also accept LNL bushings from hornady, but I haven't tried this personally.
That's a big threaded hole, man.
I don't believe that the turret presses would accept the piggy because of the absence of this feature.
