What powder is this?

I recently bought some reloading supplies and equipment at an auction and in the supplies was a 4 pound can of red dot powder. I have done some reloading and used red dot powder. This can of powder does not have the red flakes mixed throughout like I had been used to seeing. It is a flake type powder and it was sold with a shotshell reloader but I am a little nervous about whether it is actually red dot powder. Does all red dot have red flakes? Is there anyway to identify the type of powder?

I forgot to add this can of powder has been opened and is about 3/4 full

NEVER EVER use open cans of powder that you have purchased through an unknown source!

NEVER!

You have no way of knowing what the previous owner did - he may have inadvertently mixed a different kind of powder into the can.

Take it outside and sprinkle it thinly on the grass. It will decompose and feed the grass.

Mike is 100% correct. Get rid of it just like he said, or someone else may use it. Hope you did not lose much money on it.
