F&S 223 REM brass?

Anyone recognize this brass? who make it? Awfully small flash hole, a decapping pin buster.



Cut the brass open to see exactly how small the flash hole is. A 1/16" drill bit would not get in the hole. Below is a picture side by side with FC brass.

Nope. I have no idea. I do know that last year I picked up some range Brass and broke a decapping pin in my RCBS small base die because of a small flash hole. I don't remember the head stamp but, I recycled all of it without going any farther. It may very well have been F&S. God Bless
