Beware of Centerfire Systems!

When i recently received my new "CZ-52" i right away noticed that it was missing its second mag and used leather holster (they clean up great by the way).I was at my FFL's and i opened the box.We called Centerfire Systems and the lady on the phone said if i didn't like it,i should send the gun back and that they over commited two mags and the holster.I'm mad because when i ordered the gun,i specifically asked the woman on the phone if it came with two mags and the holster.She assured me it did and then this happens.I won't be ordering anything from Centerfire Systems in the future-i don't like companies that can't be trusted!

Caveat emptor!

One thing I like about the Internet is that I always have the details of any order "in writing."

It just stinks that they basically told me to jump in a lake!
I don't believe thats the way to run your business.

I'd send it back. They don't expect you to do that. Regardless of the issue, generally there is only a 6% return rate average.

Send it back.

Send it back with a note saying they can send it back to you if they include the mag and holster as promised, otherwise, send back my money. and shipping costs.

There are deals for CZ52s everywhere. Send it back.

I would love to send it back,but it came in nicer than expected.I just won't do business with them anymore.
