Ar-15 RRA trigger installation help please

Although I am experienced in Fal's and 1911's I just put my first Ar-15 together and used the RRA 2 stage trigger. Problem is the trigger doesn't reset without being pushed forward. No trigger return -

I pulled the trigger and pins from the gun and verified the trigger is not binding on the pin, but once installed it binds on something.

What should I be looking for? Is this a common error? Everything I have read on the RRA trigger has been postive and indeed it breaks clean during shooting.

Do you have the legs to the trigger return spring resting on the floor of the receiver in front of the trigger?
