For anyone with a username of Win1886 the .45 ACP is a must. Carrying a .45on your hip and the .45-70 rifle in your scabbard---you should be an All-American force.
I understand some of those special order leverguns came chambered in .50-110 cal. Bring a towel for your shoulder and a strong young man for your gunbearer. |

Meh , the 45-70 is at best a squirrel gun and is highly overrated....just ask all my shooting buddies toting the latest and greatest ! That's why I own three rifles chambered for this obsolete cartridge ! Looking forward to shooting the new P220....I might warm up to the 45 ACP as well !
