My best advice is to pick up a copy of Gun List or Shotgun news and find the next gun show in your area. Good ammo deals can always be found.
The second cheapest I've found is to order online. Ammoman.com has Barnaul Soft Point or Wolf FMJ for $109. per thousand shipped to your door. Good SHooting RED |

I just picked up a case of S&B for $99 from Natchez. It's FMJ though.
