Now the only question left is when the bad guy says "in a heartbeat!", is he talking about systolic, or dystolic?

Or both?

I mean, if it's systolic, and you're on of those people who only notice dystolic...

Or if he means both...

I load Rainier bullets quite a bit. I load them a little hotter than lead but not as hot a jacketed. The only time I had trouble with them was launching the 200 gr SWC 45 bullets at 1200 fps out of my 10" contender in 45 Win Mag. The bullets went fine but when they hit the targets they had little radial lines running out from the bullet hole. The rifleing cut through the plating and the rotatational force had them sticking out like little arms when it hit the paper. I have only had that problem with that style bullet in that barrel. I did a large accuracy test with my 10" contender barrel in 45 acp and the Rainier was consistently more accurate than the Berry's in the 200 grain. The Rainiers were more accurate than the Hornady 200 Match SWC and only slightly less accurate than the winner which was Remington Golden Sabre 200 grain HP.

I was told to load them the same as Berry's by somebody that uses both. I have only used Berry's and they say to load them in the middle range for jacketed, under 1200fps. I did that and didn't have any problems. I also loaded some using cast bullet data and they shot good also. I just bought some Rainier 147gr but I haven't had a chance to load any yet. All of my loading has been for 9mm.
