i have a question about the CZ52
I'm not a newbie to firearms but i am to C&R's so is a CZ 52 a C&R?

12gad,
You should have received ATF Pub 5300.11 (firearms curios or relics list) at about the same time that you received your C&R license (it may come a little earlier or later). This list covers the majority of C&R eligible weapons. The CZ52 is listed on page 22. |

The CZ 52 isn't a C&R anymore if it was converted to a different caliber. If you find one that was converted, it must be shipped disassembled to meet the criteria for your C&R FFL

huh
especially since a barrel receiver isn't C&R the common / sporting configuration is a gray area and are we talking pistol or SHE 52 rifle, in which case it could be a 52/57 |
