.303 British help

I can’t get these to deprime. I only see one flash hole.

What is the problem?

Is the flash hole too small for your decapping pin? I’m not familiar with that brass.

I don’t think so but it does like look like the hole is different sizes in different pieces of brass. I am guessing these aren’t reloadable.

The only reason I can give is what "nimrod" said: the flash hole is too small. They don't appear to be crimped in, but if they are, the manual lee primer decapper will work on stubborn crimped primers. The Lee tool is essentially either a .22 or .30 caliber sturdy rod with a decapping pin on the end. You insert it in the cartridge, center the pin in the flash hole, and then hit the rod with a hammer.

Oh, and the nny headstamp is cyrillic, and in our alphabet, translates to PPU. PPU is Privi Partizan, which is manufactured in Serbia.

I successfully deprime these with a Lee universal de-priming tool. I have about 50 of these that are on their 4th reload. I use Lee equipment exclusively on my .303 British.
