I used to reload shotgun shells when I was in a trap shooting league. (10 years ago) I want to start reloading my 9mm handgun ammo, but am not sure where to start.

Doc,
Start with buying a complete reloading book with tables in it. I would suggest Lyman #47 only because I have one and I know it would fit your need. I am sure there are others just as good. Later on buy some more manuals or get reloading data on the web. Quantrill |

if your just starting....
After reading everthing you can get your hands on, shop for package deals on equipment. This, not to save $, (even though it's a nice "extra"). Really, it's to have a reasonably good chance of having almost everything. A quality single stage press from RCBS (good stuff)and most importantly CARBIDE DIES. A tumbler, media seperator, a quality beam or electronic scale. Dial calipers are a must. WORK SLOW!!!BE SAFE and HAVE FUN!!!!!!!!!

Search TFL for some keywords, like "reloading", "9 mm", etc. Stay in the Handloading and Reloading Forum. Pay attention to the dates of search and get ready for your computer to bulge at the found threads. It's all here.
