case question.

Hello All I'm looking for a carry case just big enough for one pistol. It needs to be light and have a lock on it. I'm also trying to keep it rather inexpensive. I'm only looking for one so that I can check my pistol when I travel. I've looked them up online but I'm not sure what all is considered antiquate traveling by air.

thanks!

I have never checked a gun but I have seen my buddies cases come back looking rough, I would spend the money and get a pelican case. it the long run it might save you some money.
Incidently my buddy just flew up recently and said that it has become a major hassle to check a firearm, he said the TA had it out of the case and were being the opposit of discreet.
