Yes.
The only thing I installed on it is the EOTech, which, thankfully, didn't require any extra paperwork, or another $200 dollars in "Making an AOW" taxes. The original $5 AOW transfer fee was inconsequential.

Interesting disuccsion
If a little hostile. I have a couple things to add.
First, to clarify the NY duty to retreat law. There is a duty to retreat in NY if and only if you are not in your home. In your home you are welcome to defend your life if you can prove the attacker had the ability and opportunity to kill or seriously injure you, and you can justify being in fear for your life. Outside your home you must retreat as long as it is reasonable to do so. If you are being robbed and there is a gun to your head, you probably can't reasonably retreat. If someone 50 feet in front of you draws a gun and starts pointing it at you and screaming hes going to kill you, you should duck around a corner or into a building if possible. I would argue that if you *could* have retreated and didn't, even in states without this law it would be legally in your best interests to do so before you start opening fire. You really want to seem like you had no other choice. As long as I'm on the topic of courtroom scenes, I'd hate to be in front of a prosecutor going on about why I felt the need to carry MULTIPLE guns. Secondly, if you are worried about your gun failing when you need it most, I think it is easier to just carry a revolver than a backup gun. |

Interesting, and slightly hypocritical. If you need 2 you need 2.........period. What if you carry 5-shot revolvers...........is it less of a "theoretical" issue than if you carry 1 15-20 shot wonder 9? What if your work requires your to be in frequent or constant contact with felons ................but your not considered an "LEO" and normally are not armed at work? Their are a million scenarios that everyone is forgetting because they do not deal with it or the media doesn't cover it. To say that you have no business with a bug unless you are a "LEO" is pure B.S. ????? Anyone who is an armed "LEO" care to tackle Flatfoots point of view?
