Lead Bans and the EPA revisited
Evidently another suit has been filed regarding Lead ammo and sinkers.
Two advocacy groups plus one Project Gutpile? Any reason to think it will go the other way this time around? It seems they are suing EPA to assert thier supposed authority in all things chemical. So to me it seems to be an attempt to either get another rule changed again, or to determine who has the ultimate power in this matter. http://www.thenewstribune.com/2010/1...lead-ammo.html

EPA said it does not have the authority under law to place ammunition components under the Toxic Materials, and will not seek it.
